After the success of the three previous editions, held in Marrakech in September 2015 and February 2017, and in Casablanca in February 2019, the Professional Sugar Association (APS) in partnership with the International Sugar Organization (ISO), organizes the 4th edition of the International Sugar Conference, on March 10, 2021.
Given the exceptional situation caused by the COVID 19 pandemic, the Conference will be held this year in hybrid format, in extended virtual and limited face to face.
Important themes will be addressed during this 4th edition by professionals and experts concerning, in particular, the impact of COVID 19 on the current situation and the prospects of evolution of the global sugar sector, diversification opportunities, innovation and R&D. The importance of Water for the growth of the sugar sector in Morocco will also be highlighted, as well as the new strategy “Generation Green 2020-2030” which succeeds the Green Morocco Plan.
